Credit & Collections Industry Veteran Boosts Corporate Leadership

GARDEN GROVE, CA--(Marketwire - June 7, 2007) - Vengroff, Williams & Associates (VWA), a leading provider of receivable management and business process outsourcing solutions with more than 3000 worldwide customers, today named Robert Sherman as Division President. Sherman will head up VWA's California division and continue to drive marketing and sales for the company.

As Division President, Sherman will head up VWA's continued expansion into new products and markets, as well as establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry peers to help continue VWA's explosive growth in the business process outsourcing (BPO) marketplace.

Sherman began his career at VWA nearly 14 years ago as a collector in the company's New York office, quickly mastering the art of 3rd party collections. Within a year, he moved into a sales executive role, later becoming one of VWA's first sales professionals in the California Division. Sherman has consistently achieved and exceeded sales goals and has managed various sales teams for VWA as vice president of sales and marketing. In the past few years he has been heavily involved in developing VWA's branding and marketing strategies as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Sherman is responsible for creating and building relationships with some of VWA's key clients, including Yamaha, U-Haul International, Mattel, Amp'd Mobile, and AmeriCredit to name only a few. He has helped clients meet both the strategic and tactical elements critical to the success of their F&A outsourcing initiatives.

"We welcome Robert Sherman to our executive team and feel that he has the strengths needed to successfully lead VWA's business unit based in California. His management skills and strong customer focus will help the company design and manufacture innovative products and build strong customer relationships to grow market share," said Mark Vengroff, chief executive officer of VWA. "His dedication and service to our clients has helped us surpass our growth goals year after year."

"I have been involved with VWA over the years as they have pioneered innovative BPO practices that uniquely position the company as the premiere provider of outsourcing solutions," stated Sherman. "I look forward to supporting the VWA team to accelerate this growth even further, and to capture the full potential of the company's finance and accounting offering and services."
