Verb Exchange Increases AdServer Capabilities

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 26, 2007) - Verb Exchange Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VEI) is pleased to announce that it has licensed, with the option to purchase, the AdIQ AdServer Software Platform. This transaction enables Verb to add value by the delivery of subscriber relevant content enriched advertisements to its users. Verb's proprietary multi-dimensional analytical toolkit will ensure that advertisers can more accurately reach their target audience, a benefit which commands significant rates of return. The AdIQ AdServing platform has served more than 200 million daily ad impressions for companies including Dell, Vonage, Expedia, and Amazon.

"The acquisition of a state of the art AdServer capable of competing and delivering highly targeted ads globally to mobile, desktop and online users allows us to benchmark ourselves against the Aquantives of the world and will provide us new opportunities to command Top Tier Advend revenue through major digital content providers and buyers," said Aron Buchman, President of Verb Exchange.

In addition to an upfront obligation of 100,000 common shares, Verb has secured the right to purchase the AdServer technology outright by buying out the 3% revenue royalty attaching to the license.

Orion Alexander, the principal developer of the AdIQ Platform has also agreed to join Verb's advisory board. Holding a MBA from the Sloan School of Business, Mr. Alexander brings over 16 years of experience in the Internet Technology field. Orion has led technical teams and business case development for companies including FOX, VIACOM, AOL TIME WARNER, REAL NETWORKS, Bell Canada Enterprises and BMG.
