Verb Exchange Launches Tabrio™ Click2Connect and Tabrio™ Business Services

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 10, 2009) - Verb Exchange Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VEI) is pleased to announce that it is adding a new high margin revenue stream with the official beta launch of Tabrio™ Click2Connect.

Registrations are accessible through

Tabrio™ is the Company's flagship application that is utilized by consumers to initiate high quality long distance calls and texts at low cost, and now by businesses to generate in-bound marketing calls using Tabrio™ Click2Connect. Tabrio™ Click2Connect leverages the consumer application into a product specifically designed for business use.

Using Tabrio's Click2Connect technology, companies have the unique opportunity to convert their online viewers and email campaign recipients into live phone calls with the simple click of a button. Click2Connect converts passive email solicitations and website offerings into impulse buys, placing buyers instantly in front of sellers. In addition, Tabrio™ Business Services allow users to effectively decrease the connection barrier associated with social network environments such as business connection and organization sites.

Some of the key benefits of Tabrio™ Click2Connect include:

- increased ROI on advertising through reduced customer abandonment and increased sales per marketing dollar;

- a quicker response rate to a sales agent which leads to higher closing rates;

- a low cost alternative to toll free numbers;

- provides a seamless global toll free number; and

- rapid integration with easy-to-use turnkey deployment and standard application interfaces for provisioning, billing, reporting, management and support.

Revenues from Tabrio™ Click2Connect will be in the form of basic monthly subscription packages available to its users and licensing packages for its larger business customers. These monthly rates and annual licensing packages are significantly more attractive than the majority of competitors in the market.

Tabrio™ Click2Connect includes an attractive calling package and users have the ability to 'a la carte' additional business features they may wish to subscribe to. Larger business organizations can also customize their service and features to suit their specific needs. For purposes of the beta, the Company has removed its payment feature to allow commercial customers and consumers to fully experience all features of the new service. During the initial beta period up to June 30, 2009, only one primary telephone number for any registered user will be allowed. The Company is providing its standard minute package to beta users at no charge and requests that beta users provide user experience feedback in order to further enhance the service prior to full commercialization.

"The features and functions of Tabrio™ Click2Connect are extremely easy to use, helping our end users to immediately insert the product into their campaigns and emails without the intensive learning curves typically attributed to using new software. We've also adopted a Tabrio™ Click2Connect customer service channel within the Tabrio™ website so that Tabrio™ Click2Connect beta customers can provide us with immediate feedback," commented Craig Goldenberger, Verb's CEO. "We're excited about the markets initial reaction to Tabrio™ Click2Connect and look forward to growing both our consumer and business user bases."

Beta registrations can be made through the existing website at The existing Tabrio™ desktop service will continue to be supported until June 30th, 2009. After such date, the new beta service will become the sole service and therefore all existing Tabrio™ users are requested to register for the new Tabrio™ prior to the end of June.
