Verb Exchange Rebrands Flagship Product; Current Release Yields Impressive Results

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 16, 2008) - Verb Exchange Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VEI), a leading provider of innovative communication experiences, has announced a major re-branding of their flagship product, code-named CoPilot Console, a total communications tool designed to facilitate wholesale priced or subsidized long distance calling, international text and instant messaging (IM). Our telecom grade infrastructure provides industry-leading call quality for users around the world on the desktop, mobile and web.

The new brand, developed in conjunction with Heckler Associates, will be announced in tandem with the official commercial release scheduled for Q1, 2008, which is expected to create a new revenue stream for Verb. Heckler Associates is a Seattle, Washington-based branding agency with a remarkable 39-year track record of creating some of the world's most famous brands, including Starbucks Coffee, T9 (Predictive Mobile Text), Visio (Microsoft Application Design Studio) K2 Skis and New Balance.

"Working with Heckler Associates has enabled Verb Exchange to create a brand that will translate effectively to our targeted markets around the world," said Aron G. Buchman, President of Verb Exchange. "We are applying what we have learned from our Beta Release to ensure rapid subscriber growth and increase average revenue per user (ARPU)."

Currently in final pre-release for mobile, web and desktop, CoPilot has again been enthusiastically adopted by a significant user base, proving (beta results validation) the international viral subscriber growth. A limited trial of the latest pre-release version to friends and family (initially only 10 users) has topped 1,300 subscriptions within two weeks, representing over 24,000 minutes of calling from 100+ countries.
