ViTrue Adds Online Advertising Veteran, Scott Swanson, to Management Team

Swanson Brings Nearly a Decade of Advertising Network Experience

ATLANTA, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 5, 2006 -- ViTrue, Inc., pioneer of the world's first user-created advertising platform, today announced the appointment of advertising network creator Scott Swanson to vice president of network and partner development. Swanson is based in San Francisco and is responsible for forming and maintaining partnerships with agencies, networks and content providers. He is also charged with managing ViTrue's distribution network, while continuing to focus on and deliver high-quality client service.

With more than 1,000 worldwide publisher contacts and a proven track record with large publishing sites such as Photobucket, CNET, Bebo and Warner Bros., Swanson is uniquely positioned to manage and develop ViTrue's network and partner programs. He, along with ViTrue's chief revenue officer Bill Jennings, will be focused on delivering compelling value propositions for customers, bringing expertise on new business models and bringing scalable revenues to ViTrue.

Swanson brings to ViTrue nearly a decade of advertising network experience. He joins the company from Tribal Fusion, the web's third largest ad network, where he served as vice president of network development and was responsible for building the publisher network over the past five years by forming and maintaining partnerships with premium publishers. Swanson was instrumental in the development of the Tribal Fusion network which now reaches more than 109 million US users and 18 billion ad impressions monthly. Previously, he served as manager of publisher development at Engage Media and managed relationships with premium publishers at ad network, Flycast Communications.
