Virginia Surety Announces Administrative and Marketing Agreement With Express Systems

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - January 27, 2010) - Virginia Surety Company, Inc. (VSC), a

Systems, Inc. to provide underwriting and actuarial services for their
reinsured product offerings.
