Visiphor Announces New Management Team

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 6, 2006 -- Visiphor Corporation ("Visiphor" or the "Company") (OTCBB: VISRF) (TSX-V: VIS;) (XETRA: IGYA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Todd Stephenson as Senior Director, Sales. Mr. Stephenson brings to the Company over 15 years of sales and business development experience in the IT and software industries, including management positions with The Active Network and Carmanah Technologies. Mr. Stephenson holds an MBA from the University of Victoria.

In addition, Visiphor is pleased to announce that it has completed its integration of the staff that joined Visiphor with the acquisition of Sunaptic Solutions Inc. ("Sunaptic") in November 2005 in one location at the Company's head office in Burnaby, B.C. and that two employees that started with the Sunaptic consulting practice have accepted promotions. Ms. Stephanie Hayes has been appointed to the position of Director, Consulting Services and Mr. Steve Hart has been promoted to the position of Director, Engineering; both Ms. Hayes and Mr. Hart will report directly to Mr. Roy Trivett, CEO.

Also, Mr. Al Kassam will assume the responsibilities of Vice-President, Sales and Marketing in addition to his current position as Vice-President, Support and Mr. Wayne Smith will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer.
