Vitreous Capital Inc. Announces Cash Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 15, 2007) -

Vitreous Capital Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:VCI) announced today that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend (the "Dividend") of $0.10 per common share to be paid on February 15, 2007 to the shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 1, 2007. Although this is a special Dividend, depending on the results of business, the Corporation hopes to be able to continue to pay dividends on a regular basis.

The Corporation had approximately 5,983,667 common shares issued and outstanding as at January 15, 2007.
