Vizibility Inc. Introduces One-Click People Search for Google

Innovative Service Is Like a "Google Me" Button for Career Professionals; Service Integrated With Job Seeker Profiles on

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 19, 2010) - Vizibility Inc. ( announced today the immediate availability of one-click people search. Through a simple wizard, the Vizibility service enables people to quickly create the optimal Google search for themselves based on their name, employment history, and relevant keywords. It also allows for exclusion of irrelevant keywords and inaccurate search results. This PreSearch™ can be shared easily through a short, personalized PreSearch URL and SearchMe™ button. Vizibility is also announcing today that the service has been integrated into the innovative employment site, enabling job seekers to differentiate themselves and employers to quickly learn more about their prospective employees.

"Today's resume is an online profile in conjunction with the first few pages of a Google search," said Vizibility founder James Alexander. "Having a personalized search result ensures that a career professional can present the results they want others to see first while saving executive recruiters, business partners and others valuable time sifting through pages and pages of irrelevant and erroneous results."

Searching for information about people has become an important part of the diligence process for professional, personal and other reasons. Of executive recruiters, 86% report using search engines to validate candidates. Searching for people by name only, however, often returns inaccurate results. Half of recruiters have eliminated candidates based on what appears (or does not appear) about them online. To stay abreast of their online brands, roughly half of executives say they search themselves online at least once every four months and 10% search themselves once or more per month.

"Vizibility is an incredibly valuable tool that adds a rich new dimension to a job seeker profile," said Gal Almog, CEO of RealMatch. "Our mission at RealMatch is to create a platform that provides employers, our partners, and job seekers a better way to connect. Vizibility directly supports that mission and we're pleased to be the very first online recruitment site to have this innovative technology. We think that by integrating the Vizibility service with RealMatch, our job seekers can improve their chances of landing that next job and employers will have a quick source for additional background information on the job seekers they're most interested in."

Vizibility is a free service with premium options available on a subscription basis. All Vizibility users receive their own personalized PreSearch URL and SearchMe button at no cost. For a few dollars a month, premium subscribers receive alerts when their search results have changed and when they have been "Googled." Today's launch is a beta release.

Even though a Vizibility PreSearch can be changed anytime, a Vizibility PreSearch URL never changes so it can be added to online profiles, personal websites, resumes, email signatures, business cards and anywhere else a user wants to be visible. Vizibility provides simple instructions for how to add a PreSearch URL in just a few steps to professional and personal profiles on dozens of sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Spoke, ZoomInfo, TheLadders, CareerBuilders and many others.

Vizibility is patent pending and currently supports Google searches. Additional search engines, including Bing, Yahoo! and Ask are planned. Additional integration partners will also be announced soon, enabling users to more easily add their Vizibility PreSearch URL to other online profiles.
