W2 Energy Inc. Re-Submits Form 10-SB

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - June 1, 2007) - W2 Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WWEN) (FRANKFURT: WJD), a producer of Green Energy, is pleased to announce it has re-submitted its Form 10-SB after responding to several comments by the SEC.

The company was asked to include the financials of World Wise Technologies in its consolidated audited statements. W2 Energy purchased World Wise Technologies December 15, 2004 in a 1 for 1 share exchange. Since there were several years of World Wise financials that required audit, the company was unable to process the comments from the SEC before the 60 day deadline to respond. In response the company decided to withdraw the previous Form 10-SB and resubmit once World Wise financials were audited and consolidated into the year end of W2 Energy Inc.

Mr. Michael McLaren states, "W2 Energy is pleased to be finally moving forward with our pursuit of becoming a fully reporting issuer. Once the Form 10-SB is allowed to go effective the company will immediately apply for quotation on the OTC Electronic Bulletin Board."
