WGL Million Dollar Shootout to Air in Eleven Countries in Europe

LAKE MARY, FL--(Marketwire - August 12, 2008) - WGL Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WEHI) announced today that it flagship brand, the WGL Million Dollar Shootout (MDSO -- will air on the popular America Unleashed network in Europe beginning this fall. It will be seen over a seven-week period in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Denmark, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro. WGL Entertainment Holdings, Inc. will share all the revenue produced from advertising with the network. The network will also reserve the option to produce a European version of the MDSO, which will be licensed from WGL Entertainment Holdings, Inc.
