WHITTMANHART Names Desiderio President of Performance Management

CHICAGO, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 25, 2006 -- WHITTMANHART, a Chicago-based premier services company providing integrated solutions in digital communications, process improvement and enabling technologies, today announces the appointment of Mario Desiderio as president of Performance Management.

Previously, Desiderio served as regional vice president of WHITTMANHART Performance Management. He has more than 15 years experience in business and technology consulting. As president of Performance Management, Mario's responsibilities include setting strategic direction and leading the strategic planning process for the Performance Management business unit; making decisions regarding the markets, technologies, and industries to target; profit and loss responsibility for the business unit; representing WHITTMANHART and the Performance Management business unit to the board of directors and external stakeholders; participating as a key contributor to significant business development activities and recommending and supporting policies, processes, and activities to create a culture of performance and employee engagement.

Prior to joining WHITTMANHART, Desiderio founded and served as president of Infinis, an IT consulting firm specializing in corporate performance management and business intelligence for Fortune 500 companies. While with Infinis, Desiderio served as a consultant for such institutions as Bank One, Fifth Third, Ford Motor Company, GE Capital, Huntington, National City and Bank of America. WHITTMANHART acquired Infinis in March 2005, and Desiderio joined WHITTMANHART as the regional vice president of Performance Management at that time. Prior to Infinis, he had various consulting and management positions at Ernst and Young, Bank One and Claremont Technology Group.

Desiderio holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Devry University. He was awarded Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003. He finished third in the 2005 CEO Challenge Ford Ironman at Lake Placid. Desiderio, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, currently resides in Westerville, a suburb of Columbus, Ohio.
