W.K. Crichy Clarke Appointed to High Ridge Resources Inc. Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 18, 2008) - High Ridge Resources Inc. ("High Ridge") (TSX VENTURE:HRR) is pleased to announce the appointment of W. K. Crichy Clarke to its Board of Directors. Mr. Clarke spent 12 years from 1975 to 1987 with the Royal Bank of Canada and eight years from 1987 to 1994 in the investment business. He is currently involved with the TSX.V listed company TTM Resources Inc. as President, CEO, and Director, as well as a number of private companies in British Columbia and Alberta. Mr. Clarke obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 1974.
