Worldwide has entered into a letter of intent with NewMarket Technology as a first step toward building an emerging market systems integrator. The interview includes a review of expected technology growth in emerging markets and how NewMarket plans to capture its share and a review of NewMarket's new outsourcing services business growth and nearly $70 million in new, long-term contracts signed year-to-date. The interview further covers the recently announced potential contract for an outsourcing services agreement worth $36 million over three years that would come through NewMarket's Chinese operating subsidiary.
