TAMPA, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 19, 2005 -- Warner International Networks' (OTC: DCUT) Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Kompon, announces the acquisition of Extend A Pop, Inc. (, a leading technology innovator of online portal systems, for a promissory note of $350,000 Canadian dollars.
