Warnex signs up chicken producer, Amick Farms

LAVAL, QC, Nov. 14 - Warnex Inc. (TSX:WNX) announced today that
Amick Farms, a leading chicken producer based in Batesburg, South Carolina,
has purchased a Warnex™ Rapid Pathogen Detection System to monitor the
safety of its products.

Family-owned and operated since 1949, Amick Farms (www.amickfarms.com) is
a fully integrated processor for chicken products sold across the United
States and worldwide. Currently employing over 1,200 associates, the company
produces over 4 million pounds of fresh poultry each week in its state-of-the-
art facilities.

The Warnex Rapid Pathogen Detection System uses cutting-edge DNA-based
technology to rapidly and accurately determine the presence of pathogens in a
food sample. The system allows for the simultaneous detection of multiple
pathogens and processing of samples within 12 to 48 hours, a significant
improvement over traditional microbiology tests that currently require 5 to
7 days.
