WatchIt Technologies Acquires BMA Partners, Inc.

ASHEVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - October 3, 2007) - WatchIt Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTCT) has signed an agreement to acquire BMA Partners, Inc., d/b/a Billboard Music Academy, in an all stock transaction. BMA Partners, based in Orlando, Florida, has a license agreement with music industry standard bearer Billboard Magazine to create and develop a full service, web based "music community," centered on a new online educational program. Billboard Music Academy will also offer live "camp" and seminar programs targeting tweens, teens and young adults. It will also offer a social networking website dedicated exclusively to the music community.

WatchIt has also acquired the international rights to market and sell Boondoggle Sports Network as the WatchIt Network in association with Quizzing, LTD. a UK company specializing in pub-based sports and trivia-based games. The WatchIt Network also utilizes dynamic digital signage. The Company will initially focus on establishing a presence in the United Kingdom and will utilize management's experience and contacts to expand into other European countries.
