WatchIt Technologies, Inc. Engages National Brokerage Firm to Relist on the OTC Bulletin Board

ASHEVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - October 10, 2007) - WatchIt Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTCT) has engaged a national brokerage firm to file the form 15c 2-11 to relist on the OTC Bulletin Board. The Company is taking the proper measures to complete the procedure to relist.

The Company is projecting the year-end audited financials for 2007 to be completed in November, and expects to have the form 15c 2-11 filed shortly thereafter. The focus of the Company over the last 10 months included emerging from shell status and build operations.

"As promised when this management took control of the company, the path we would take would return the company to the Bulletin Board. We feel certain the shareholders will realize the significance of this action, and will be very optimistic about the future direction of the Company. Over the past 10 months, management has worked consistently to move the Company toward being relisted and trading on the higher exchange," stated Frank Moody, CEO of WatchIt Technologies, Inc.

The Company recently announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire BMA Partners, Inc., d/b/a Billboard Music Academy, in an all-stock transaction. BMA Partners, based in Orlando, Florida, has a license agreement with music industry standard bearer Billboard Magazine to create and develop a full-service, Web-based "music community" centered on a new online educational program.

WatchIt Technologies, Inc. is an emerging out-of-home new media advertising Company operating the Child Watch Network (CWN). CWN delivers time-sensitive missing children information while providing a dynamic digital signage network for advertisers to reach on-the-go consumers with a targeted effective medium. Recently, the Company also acquired BMA Partners, Inc. d/b/a Billboard Music Academy. BMA is a licensee of Billboard Magazine, the standard bearer of the music industry.
