WatchIt Technologies Retains Dennis Steinmetz as BMA Partners, Inc. President

ASHEVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - October 17, 2007) - WatchIt Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTCT) has retained entertainment industry veteran Dennis Steinmetz to continue as President of BMA Partners, Inc., d/b/a Billboard Music Academy. BMA Partners, based in Orlando, Florida, has a license agreement with music industry standard bearer Billboard Magazine.

As an Executive, Producer, Director and Writer, Mr. Steinmetz has an extensive career in music, television and films. The former Executive Producer of Disney's "Mickey Mouse Club," Mr. Steinmetz supervised the early development of stars Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, JC Chasez, Keri Russell, Ryan Gosling and Nikki DeLoach.

Under the Billboard license agreement, Mr. Steinmetz will supervise the Internet build out that will create the first full-scale online "music community" that will offer a broad range of social networking, an innovative music education program, a complete online music store and several other valuable music resources and features.

WatchIt Technologies, Inc. is an emerging out-of-home new media advertising Company operating the Child Watch Network (CWN). CWN delivers time sensitive missing children information while providing a dynamic digital signage network for advertisers to reach on-the-go consumers with a targeted effective medium.
