MIAMI, FL--(CCNMatthews - January 30, 2007) - WaterBank of America (USA) Inc. (OTCBB: WBKA), a vertically integrated water company developing and marketing secured water products, announces the addition of Mr. James Stevens to the WaterBank Advisory Board; bringing over 35 years of beverage industry experience to the table. WaterBank has built a top-tier Advisory Board of veteran industry experts to assist management with important business development and strategic decisions, as it works to create a network of spring water reserves and to build the business of secure spring water ice cubes, under the ICEROCKS® brand-name.

Currently, Mr. Stevens is the Chairman of J.M Stevens & Associates, Inc., a beverage industry consulting firm, and Co-Founder and General Partner of Dutcher Crossing Winery out of Healdsburg, California. Mr. Stevens' background includes key positions within several major water and beverage companies where he was successful in achieving significant milestones throughout his in-depth career.

In 2000, Mr. Stevens filled the position of President and CEO of the Danone Water Company of North America and from 1992-1996 was President and CEO of the Suntory Water Group, helping the Company become the second largest bottled water company in the nation. At Suntory Mr. Stevens played an integral part in establishing the Crystal Spring brand as the Official Bottled Water of the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.

Throughout the period from 1969-1992, Mr. Stevens held various high level executive positions within the beverage and water industry to include key management roles within Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group, he was also the Senior Vice-President of Great Waters, President of Prestige Wine Imports, and filled successful upper management positions within Coca-Cola Enterprises, notably as the Executive Vice President and COO. Mr. Stevens was also instrumental in introducing Perrier to the U.S. in the 70's, helping to establish bottled water as its own category within the beverage market.
