ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - April 26, 2010) - RouteMatch Software, Inc. today announced that The Wayne County Transportation System selected RouteMatch TS™ software, its flagship intelligent transport system (ITS) software for automated routing, scheduling and coordination of the City's paratransit services.
The Wayne County Transportation System provides shared ride and demand response transportation services throughout Wayne County and select destinations outside of Wayne County. The service is provided directly by the Counties seven administrative personnel using a fleet of approximately twenty five vehicles.
The RouteMatch paratransit management system is designed to streamline operations and create improved schedules and routes, allowing Wayne County to be more efficient with their valuable resources.
