Wells-Gardner Announces Appointment of David Silk to Be Senior Vice President of Business Development and Engineering

Wally Sa'd Is Promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Sales

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - April 19, 2010) -  Wells-Gardner Electronics Corporation (NYSE Amex: WGA) announced the appointment of S. David Silk as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Engineering and the promotion of Wally Sa'd to Senior Vice President of Global Sales effective today.

Dave has been with Motorola for the last 19 years in various engineering, business development, and strategy capacities. He has a BSEE from Iowa State, a MSEE from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
