VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 29, 2008) - WESTERN PACIFIC TRUST COMPANY ("WP") (TSX VENTURE:WP) announces that, subject to acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange and meeting the regulatory requirements of the Financial Institutions Commission, it will complete a private placement of a minimum $750,000 to a maximum of $2,500,000 through the sale of Common shares in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share.
