WexTrust Capital Names Paul J. Adrian Fund Manager

CHICAGO, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 5, 2006 -- WexTrust Capital, LLC, a globally diversified private equity and specialty finance company, announced today that it has selected Paul J. Adrian as fund manager. In his new role, Mr. Adrian will lead the development of WexTrust Capital's new commodity based investment funds.

Mr. Adrian has spent his entire career in the financial services industry and has worked as a successful trader for over 23 years in several different categories including equities, financials, and agricultural markets. He is a full member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, which today, he still uses to trade his own futures account.

Before becoming an independent trader, Mr. Adrian completed an apprenticeship at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) where he honed his disciplined trading philosophy and served as a liaison between the exchange and the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. Mr. Adrian also served on the CME's Membership Committee, the Clearing House Oversight Committee, the Clearing House Performance Bond Committee, and the Foreign Currency Committee.
