Wordsmith Media, Inc. Announces National Circulation in Barnes & Noble and Major Retail Stores

Company Also Begins Search for Chief Operating Officer

BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - November 24, 2009) - Wordsmith Media, Inc. today announced the confirmation from its distributor that Wordsmith's award-winning, Sacred History Magazine will appear nationally on shelves in major bookstores and retail outlets before the new year. In addition, Pub & Ale Magazine in the U.K. is scheduled to appear in London area pubs in December. Other publications are scheduled for launch early next year for both the U.S. and European markets.

Wordsmith Media, Inc. also announced today a national search for Chief Operating Officer of the company. "We are seeking a key executive in media and publishing that can provide operational leadership for an emerging media company and take us to the next level," stated Chairman and CEO, James Griffith. Wordsmith Media, Inc. is seeking a candidate with proven leadership with nationally distributed magazines and book publishing experience with a publicly traded company for the launch of new products, joint-ventures and national brand advertising. The successful candidate must also be familiar with the international media and publishing market, particularly in the U.K. and continental Europe. The search will be conducted throughout December as the company closes its 4th Quarter 2009 operational year. Ideally, the successful candidate will be in place during the 1st Quarter 2010 soon after Wordsmith Media, Inc. takes its stock public.
