Swift Transportation's LaVawn McCullough Recognized for Best in Class HR Initiative

LaVawn McCullough, director of Human Resources Information Systems and Compensation at Swift Transportation, has been named 2009 Innovator of the Year.

The award honors a Workscape client who has implemented innovative human resource (HR) programs, practices or policies during the previous year.
