Workscape Promotes Mike Smith to Vice President, Outsourced Benefits Administration Sales

Industry Veteran to Drive New Account Sales


MARLBOROUGH, MA--(Marketwire - November 21, 2008) - Workscape, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced benefits and talent management solutions, today announced that Mike Smith has been promoted to vice president, Outsourced Benefits Administration (OBA) Sales. Previously, Smith was Workscape's Northeast OBA Senior Sales and Business Development leader. In his new position, he will oversee overall coordination, functional management and leadership of all new account sales activities for Workscape's outsourced benefits administration business. He will also help manage the sales of new functionality to Workscape's existing customers on an interim basis.

Previously, Smith was corporate sales manager of Benefit Services for ADP. Earlier in his career, Smith was regional sales manager at Tufts Health Plan and group manager for The Prudential Insurance Company of America.

Smith holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College, N.H., and is pursuing a CEBS designation from The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
