Recognition Is Based on Innovation, Value Delivery and Revenue Growth

ANNAPOLIS, MD--(Marketwire - November 14, 2007) - TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS) (NASDAQ: TSYS), a global leader in mission-critical wireless communications, today announced that the World Teleport Association (WTA), a leading organization that focuses on the business of satellite communications from the ground up, has named TCS to its prestigious "Fast Twenty" and "Independent Top Twenty" rankings for the second consecutive year.
