Worldcolor Makes Three Senior Management Appointments

MONTREAL, CANADA--(Marketwire - Sept. 29, 2009) - Worldcolor (TSX:WC)(TSX:WC.U) is pleased to announce the appointments of John V. Howard, Jr. as the Company's Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Robert L. Sell as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and the promotion of Ben Schwartz to Executive Vice President, Human Resources.

Mr. Howard is a seasoned executive with over 22 years of experience working with global technology, manufacturing and media businesses. Mr. Howard held a number of senior positions at Vertis, Inc., including Chief Legal Officer and Secretary and Senior Vice President and General Manager Digital Solutions Group. He also has served as Global Intellectual Property Counsel at Andersen Worldwide and Senior Counsel at Quark, Inc., a leading desktop publishing software firm.

Mr. Sell has extensive experience in design, development, operations, maintenance and integration of systems and enabling technologies across multiple business locations and industries. He has served as the Chief Information Officer for several international companies including, Moore Corporation, Moore Wallace, Coors Brewing Company, Brunswick Corporation, Eaton Corporation and Affinion Group.

Mr. Schwartz is an accomplished human resources professional with significant experience in improving performance for the benefit of all stakeholders. Prior to joining Worldcolor in 2007, he served as Vice President Corporate Human Resources and Global Rewards at Molson Coors Brewing Company and Corporate Vice President Human Resources Molson Inc. and Molson Coors Brewing Company.
