(PINKSHEETS: NWMT) today released an exclusive on-demand Webcast on plans to expand a current niche systems integration operation with approximately $100 million in annual revenue into a market recognized competitor with $1 billion in annual revenue differentiated in the technology sector by a customer concentration in the rapidly growing global emerging markets.

Worldwide and NewMarket have entered into a letter of intent as a first step toward building an emerging market systems integrator by coupling NewMarket's operations headquartered in Brazil with Worldwide. The Companies anticipate closing the Brazil transaction in the month of December.
