CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwire - November 24, 2008) -

Who:

Airport Fast Park (AFP) is an off-site airport parking company operating two facilities (one branded Park Place) at the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Its parent company, Fast Park, headquartered in Cincinnati, operates 18 facilities in 12 markets throughout the country. The self-serve parking service is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week, with instant airport shuttle service transporting customers to their specific terminal.

What:

Millions of travelers will be flying over the Thanksgiving holiday -- many leaving their sanity and peace-of-mind behind them as they rush to the airport. AFP's Cleveland airport parking facility has hired Cleveland Yoga instructors to provide yoga tips and instruction to holiday travelers onboard its airport parking shuttles. All tips will incorporate techniques passengers can do sitting down whether they're on a shuttle bus or plane, at the airport terminal, or in their hotel room.

When:

Tues., Nov. 25 and Wed., Nov. 26
9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
PHOTO OPPS are available as the yoga instructors provide breathing and
relaxation tips to shuttle passengers.

Where:

Cleveland Airport Fast Park
18899 Snow Rd.
Brook Park, OH 44142
216-265-0500

Why:

The week of Thanksgiving is the busiest travel week of the year. AFP wants to help travelers forget about the anxieties of lost luggage, delayed flights and visiting family and remember to breathe, relax and slow down so their trip can be more enjoyable.
