BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwire - February 9, 2010) - Until now, the traditional method of studying for the bar exam has been through standardized lectures and textbooks. Now, students can learn the graduate material required to pass the national state monitored bar exam in an interactive and stimulating environment. "Passing the Bar" is a unique board game, created by Caryn Pincus, that includes 350 Multistate Bar Examination questions, which players must answer correctly to advance around the board.

The game has been play-tested and reviewed by a council of practicing attorneys and is the only board game licensed by the Bar Association to manufacture former bar exam questions in a flashcard format. Along with being a great bar-prep supplement, the game is also meant to help law students through their core first and second year classes, and is enjoyable for practicing lawyers to play outside of the courtroom and traditional legal practice.

About the Creator: Caryn Pincus is a licensed attorney in the states of New York, New Jersey and Florida. She received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Contracts II and Disability Law and interned at the New York Appellate Division, The Suffolk County Attorney's Office and Nassau-Suffolk Law Services. Ms. Pincus began her career at a matrimonial and criminal law firm and subsequently worked as a commercial litigation attorney. In 2008, she passed the Florida bar exam and was once again reminded that studying for the bar is a tedious and arduous task. That is why she decided to create the board game "Passing the Bar." The game took approximately two years to create and reinforces material students need to know for the Bar examination.

The board game, manufactured by Package Right Corporation, retails for $69.95 and includes one set of flashcards. Additional cards are sold separately. Currently, the product is available through Sky Mall, Amazon.com, Uncommon Goods, Legal Books Distributing and Barrister Bookstores and in approximately 50% of law schools throughout the country.
