Z-Wave Alliance to Conduct Manufacturer Product Training at EHX Fall 2007

Logitech, Leviton, Intermatic, Superna, Exceptional Innovation and Wayne-Dalton to Provide Training Sessions for Better Understanding of Z-Wave-Enabled Products


LONG BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - November 6, 2007) - EHX Fall 2007 -- Six Z-Wave Alliance member companies -- Logitech, Leviton, Intermatic, Superna, Exceptional Innovation and Wayne-Dalton -- will use EHX Fall 2007 as an opportunity to educate attendees on the value and benefits of Z-Wave-enabled products. As part of the Z-Wave Alliance's renowned support infrastructure for builders and installers, members will present nearly two dozen manufacturer training sessions and participate in the CEA TechHome Basic Training workshop. In addition to trainings sessions, eleven Alliance member companies will be exhibiting at the semi-annual conference and expo.

The training sessions will provide an introduction to Z-Wave, along with an overview of individual solutions and instructions about how to integrate the various products into wireless home control and automation systems. Tom West of Leviton will also participate in CEA's TechHome Basic Training workshop on Tuesday, November 6 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The workshop will serve as an introductory class for companies and professionals interested in offering components of the integrated home.
