Zed Signs Exclusive Deal With KOCH Entertainment

Deal Brings KOCH Realtones to Millions of Music Fans' Phones Through All U.S. Carriers

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - August 12, 2008) - Zed, the world's leading mobile entertainment company, today announced an exclusive wireless carrier distribution deal as part of their existing partnership with the nation's fastest-growing independent music company, KOCH Entertainment, to give mobile subscribers access to realtones from top artists like Ray J, DJ Khaled, UNK, Kottonmouth Kings, BeBe Winans and many more. KOCH content will be exclusively distributed by Zed through major U.S. mobile carrier storefronts and Zed's branded distribution services both on-deck and off-deck.

To date, the companies have worked together to increase ringback tone sales for dozens of KOCH distributed artists. For example, earlier this year more than 200,000 Ray J ringback tones were downloaded in just three months. By introducing the emerging R&B artist to music enthusiasts through the mobile phone, the artist grew his fan base and increased sales of the album "All I Feel."
