Zenprise to Discuss Best Practices for Law Firms to Proactively Manage, Secure Smartphones at ILTA 2010

The session, "Tech Support on the Move and at the Ready" takes place on Tuesday, August 24 at 1:30 p.m. PDT. Jay Dover, IT Director of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, and Nathan Kossoff, IT Manager of Sherman & Howard LLC, will join Datoo to discuss ways that law firms can provide more effective and efficient mobile technical support for attorneys, particularly when issues arise after hours or when a lawyer is offsite. The panel will discuss how law firms can best manage mobile access and the security concerns that mobility can present.
