A. Duie Pyle Introduces Fully Integrated Logistics Center in New Jersey

First-of-Its-Kind Facility Offering Integrated Services Under One Roof

WEST CHESTER, PA--(Marketwired - Feb 2, 2015) - A. Duie Pyle (Pyle), the leader in asset and non-asset-based transportation and supply chain solutions in the Northeast, announces the opening of a first-of-its-kind Logistics Center located 25 miles northeast of Philadelphia in Westampton, NJ 08060.

The Logistics Center introduces a unique approach to driving supply chain efficiency by offering customers the opportunity to strategically source multiple solutions under one roof. The new facility is fully integrated with all of Pyle's service offerings including LTL, Truckload, Warehousing and Distribution, Custom Dedicated and Brokerage Solutions.

"This facility will enhance our ability to deliver flexible, efficient and unique options to customers with complex supply chain requirements," said Randy Swart, Chief Operating Officer for A. Duie Pyle. "The Logistics Center offers the opportunity to regionalize supply and distribution networks by providing a customized logistics solution to reflect the needs of each client."

The 32-acre campus includes over 100 doors for progressive loading and unloading and more than 132,000 square feet of warehousing space. The Logistics Center is strategically located off I-95 and I-295 in Central New Jersey with quick and easy access to major metro areas. The site also offers proximity to the Ports of New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia and to intermodal rail yards for consolidation and de-consolidation.

The facility incorporates state-of-the-art design and equipment including system wide global visibility and communications, surveillance and security, ESFR fire suppression, back-up power generation, trailer-top snow removal and a 20,000 gallon fuel reserve on-site. This site is immediately bringing 65 new jobs to the area including truck drivers, dockworkers and support personnel.
