A New Symbol for Cooper Holding (COHO)

COTTAGE GROVE, TN--(Marketwire - Jul 19, 2011) - Cooper Holding Corp (PINKSHEETS: COHO), a publicly traded company engaged in the wholesale and retail sale of a diverse line of outdoor products, is proud to announce that the Company has a new symbol.

Effective as of the open of business today Cooper Holding is no longer SHAR but will now be known by COHO. The Board of Directors is very pleased with COHO as the new symbol. COHO relates closely to the name and will be easier for current and potential investors to identify with the Company name.
