A10 Capital Hires Veteran Commercial Real Estate Financier to Head Up Northwest and Arizona Markets

Another Top CMBS Producer Rejoins Colleagues at A10

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - January 24, 2011) - A10 Capital, a full service platform that provides a variety of commercial real estate financing products across the entire capital stack, announced today that it has hired Kyle Knox to head up Northwest markets for the firm. In this position, Kyle is responsible for sourcing all new business opportunities in the Pacific Northwest and Arizona markets including value-add / mini-perm loans, note purchase loans, mezzanine loans, JV equity investments, and advisory engagements.

Kyle has originated, underwritten, structured, and financed in excess of $3 billion of commercial real estate while holding senior level positions within Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and New York Life. More recently, he was with Beal Bank focusing on note and bank acquisitions.
