A25 Gold Producers Corp. Announces Update on Phase 1 Gold Exploration

TORONTO--(Marketwire - January 19, 2010) - A25 Gold Producers Corp. (FRANKFURT: ALQ), a precious metals and mineral resources company, will commence with the Phase 1 gold exploration program on its main zone recommended in the NI 43-101 report.

This work is expected to commence as soon as weather conditions and the necessary permitting is in place. Obtaining the necessary permits should be completed within a short period of time.

A25 Gold Producers Corp. presently holds three gold-bearing mineral claims totaling 932.304 hectares near Zeballos on Vancouver Island. This area was previously explored by Falconbridge, who completed 32 diamond drill holes on the property. Sixteen of the diamond drill holes intersected gold mineralization. Seven of these holes returned assays grading from 15.5 grams/tonne (0.45 ounces/tonne) gold up to 310 grams/tonne (9.025 ounces/tonne) gold over two metres. The majority of these holes with the higher grade intersections correlate well with a gold soil anomaly.

Phase 1 of the exploration program will consist of a geological compilation of all historical data, additional mapping on the property, air geophysical surveys to detect ore bodies, upgrading the access road, including the installation of a bridge, a slope corrected control grid will be put in place to allow for collecting of surface samples, ground geophysics, geochemical sampling and the layout of trenches for more detailed sampling. It is estimated that Phase 1 will cost approximately $500,000. Phase 2 will consist of approximately 2000-5000 meters of diamond drilling at an estimated cost of $1,000,000.
