AAA Texas' Memorial District Office Celebrates 30 Years of Service

Public Invited to Attend and Win Prizes

WHY:   In 1977, the AAA Texas district office located at
       9311 Interstate 10 West (Katy Freeway) opened its
       doors to the public –- as the first branch of AAA Texas.
       Primarily known then for its 24-hour, round-the-clock,
       roadside assistance service.

       Thirty years later, AAA is a world-class organization,
       offering much more than roadside assistance.  AAA Texas
       district offices are a one-stop shop for handling our
       members’ travel and insurance needs including travel
       planning from A to Z, low-cost passport photos, international
       driver’s permits, plus automobile, homeowners, and renters
       insurance.  There are now 22 AAA district offices in Texas.

WHAT:  The AAA Texas district office in the Memorial area invites
       the public to its Open House to commemorate its 30th
       anniversary at its current location.

       The public will receive some of the best in-house travel deals
       with Trafalgar Tours, Disney Destinations, Royal Caribbean
       Cruise Line, and many others.

WHEN:  During the week of August 6 – 10, everyone who visits will have
       the opportunity to win prizes.  Refreshments will be served.
