Horton is joining the company as Chief Financial Officer. Horton will lead the Abacus financial and governance operations and work closely with the CEO and the board on all financial and M&A matters.
Horton joins Abacus with more than 20 years of financial, operational, and senior leadership experience. In addition to recently providing CFO and COO advisory for emerging cloud technology companies, Horton previously served as the CFO & SVP of Corporate Development at Nirvanix, the SVP & CFO for Rackspace Managed Hosting, and the VP of Finance / Divisional Controller for several Dell business units. Horton holds a MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BS in mechanical engineering from Kettering University.
