Abbotsford Dental Office Now Using Digital Technology

ABBOTSFORD, BC--(Marketwired - Nov 25, 2014) - Dr. Chris Barlow of the Montrose Dental Centre is pleased to announce that his dental practice is now using digital technology for their dental services. The office has implemented digital imaging as well as charting.

"We are really happy to have upgraded to a digital office," said Dr. Chris Barlow. "Now all the dental images we take can easily be saved into each patient's digital computer chart and accessed with just a click."

All of the images taken at Montrose Dental Centre, both intraoral and extraoral X-rays, are now digital. More dental offices are moving towards digital imaging because the new X-rays have surpassed traditional X-rays for clarity and diagnostic value while at the same time using the lowest possible levels of radiation.

"Traditional X-rays are cumbersome and not always very clear," Dr. Barlow added. "Now with our chair-side computer monitors, I can very simply show patients exactly what's going on in their mouths."
