Aberdeen Appoints Bryan Ball as Vice President/Principal Analyst, Supply Chain Management Practice

Ball to Manage Practice Addressing Global Supply Chain Challenges

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - Nov 1, 2011) - Aberdeen Group, a Harte-Hanks Company (NYSE: HHS), today announced the appointment of Bryan Ball as Vice President and Principal Analyst of its Supply Chain Management (SCM) research practice. Ball will be responsible for developing Aberdeen's research coverage within the SCM practice and delivering findings via published works, speaking engagements, on-line events, as well as Aberdeen's 2012 Supply Chain Management Summit which takes place April 4-5 at the Swissotel in Chicago. Within Aberdeen's SCM practice, Ball will be joining senior SCM Research Analyst Bob Heaney. He will also work closely with Kevin Prouty, Research Director for Manufacturing, ERP, and Product Innovation/Product Lifecycle Management.

Prior to joining Aberdeen, Ball served as Vice President of Supply Chain for FuelCell Energy, a manufacturer of stationary fuel cells. Before that, he served as Vice-President, Global Supply Chain for FluidMaster, Inc., managing relationships with major customers including retailers The Home Depot, Lowes, and OEM's Kohler and American Standard. Previously, Ball was Director of Supply Chain for Dower Industries FoodService Companies where he directed sales and operations planning, sourcing and procurement across all plants.

Ball holds Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University, and a number of certifications including APICS Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM), Lean, and Six Sigma.
