Aberdeen Closes Private Placement Financing

Aberdeen International Inc. (TSX:AAB) ("Aberdeen" or the "Company") has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing of 10,000,000 units of the Company (the "Units" at a price of $0.20 per Unit for gross proceeds of $2,000,000. Each Unit consist of one common share of the Company (a "Common Share") and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant") entitling the holder to acquire a common share at a price of $0.30 until November 24, 2019.

The Common Shares, Warrants and shares underlying the Warrants will be subject to a four month and one day statutory hold period. The Company has received conditional approval of the TSX to close the transaction and final approval will be obtained within the ordinary course upon submission of final documentation.
