ABV Gold Releases Exploration Plan of Its Parin Properties

MONTREAL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 8, 2007 -- ABV Gold (PINKSHEETS: ABVG), a gold and other precious metals mining company, released today the exploration plan of its Parin Properties.

According to the company, a combined magnetic and induced polarization survey over the central part of the property, including the conductive zone, will be performed. This will provide information on the structure and the degree of conductivity of the mineralization, which will lead to the 1,500-foot diamond drilling. The initial exploration work is expected to begin in middle of May 2007.

"Now with the team assembled and an experienced person such as Dr. Marcel Morin leading the way with our exploration program, we are now in a position to continue to build and seek new properties to acquire," said Sylvain Amyot, Interim President of ABV Gold.

The Parin claims are easily accessible by paved highway and secondary road and, therefore, allow for efficient development. The Joutel region is well known for its gold and zinc deposits where two mines to the southwest produced in excess of 8 million tons of copper and zinc and two others account for several million ounces of gold, either in past production or in reserves. The Parin properties occur in a similar favorable environment for the occurrence of these types of deposits.
