AccelRate Power Systems Inc.: Director Resignation

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 12, 2007) - AccelRate Power Systems (TSX VENTURE:APS)(FRANKFURT:KCG) today announced that Mr. Rudy Booiman has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately, in order to devote more time to personal and other professional interests.
