Acclaimed Producer Joins Nashville Records

NASHVILLE, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 28, 2007 -- Nashville Records, Inc., a Tennessee Corporation and Neuroscience Therapy Corp. (PINKSHEETS: NPYC).

Nashville-based producer/engineer, Jonell Polansky, has joined Nashville Records to assist in the development of new artist projects. Ms. Polansky owns a state-of-the-art commercial recording facility that is truly competitive with the finest studios in Nashville. Arlene Duncan, a Company spokesperson, says; "Jonell gives that organic sound we want without the need for recording gimmicks or fluff... Though her studio uses digital precision it gives that old analog feel."

Ms. Polansky was a publisher on one of the songs recorded by Tim McGraw that sold triple platinum, titled "Tickin' Away." She was featured in the internationally known Billboard Magazine for a symposium that her production company hosted in Nashville, and also worked with hit maker Ty Herndon and Mandy Barnett.

While Jonell Polansky has been featured in Mix Magazine, Music Row magazine, Pro Sound News, and Music Connection magazine, her new studio will be featured in an upcoming edition of Mix Magazine. As a direct result of her feature in Mix Magazine, she is one of the questions in the 90's Time Capsule Edition of Trivial Pursuit. Ms. Polansky was also the host of the Indie Music Week, which was televised and featured in Billboard magazine.

Ms. Polansky studied at Carnegie-Mellon University and received a Master's Degree from CalTech. She has engineered in such highly acclaimed studios as; Ocean Way, the Sound Kitchen, and 17 Grand studios. She is credited with working with many artists who have been signed to label deals, one such artist is Waylon Malloy Payne, who played the part of Jerry Lee Lewis in the movie "Walk the Line."

Both parties have signed the agreement for Nashville Records to acquire all the shares of Neuroscience Therapy Corp. through a reverse merger. The company is also in the process of filing for the name change, new cusip#, and symbol change to better reflect the change in business direction.
