It also named three nationally recognized business leaders to the board.

Joining the AMS board of advisors are Jack Derby, president of Derby Management LLC in Boston; Oscar Jazdowski, senior relationship manager at SVB Silicon Valley Bank in Boston; and Edward P Marram, director of the Arthur M. Blank Center at Babson College.

"As we have grown rapidly over the last several years, we've focused on providing high-quality professional services to all our clients. Jazdowski has spent more than 25 years financing technology companies at all stages of development, from venture-backed startups to large multinational companies. He joined SVB Silicon Valley Bank in 2002 as a senior relationship manager focused on the Boston software industry.

As director of Babson's Arthur M.
