Accredited Tech Blog Gets a Facelift

NearshoreJournal.com Launches New User Interface Highlighting Global Outsourcing Content, and New Media Tools Positioning the Blog as a Trusted Resource for Global Technology Market News

MIAMI, FL and CORAL GABLES, FL--(Marketwire - October 20, 2009) - Zagada Markets, Inc. unveils the makeover launch of its NearshoreJournal.com (NJ) global outsourcing blog today. The site has just surpassed one million total page views for 2009.

The site's makeover includes a fresh design to showcase its new features, including geographic driven news, dynamic Google Alerts sector news, high level podcasts, fresh editorial content, company news search filter, and access to social networking tools from LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.

New, fully customizable RSS feeds allow users to filter content by Channel, topic, source, and receive it directly to Google Reader, My Yahoo!, or any other RSS reader.

Every day Zagada editors curate, select and post the biggest stories of the day affecting the global outsourcing sector and its convergence with capital markets.

Several hundred customized Google Alerts news stories and over 100 daily press and media releases from Marketwire and other media organizations, specific to the outsourcing and tech sector are dynamically posted to the site, along with press releases and announcements from the Conference Board.

Site visitors will immediately notice how clean, easy and seamless it is to navigate the site. The design has been totally conceived and executed by Moodstudio, a Cordoba, Argentina based design firm which is now also a partner and co-owner of the blog.

Central to the blog's design makeover is the presentation of content driven by the three nearshores: Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe-EMEA. Each day a featured story on each geography is posted and highlighted. The 18 channels earlier featured on the blog have been streamlined into 10 core channels. New channels for Cloud Outsourcing and Capital Markets have been integrated.

NearshoreJournal.com kicks off its October 2009 makeover with impressive and steady traffic growth to the site, which started several months ago as a service to clients.

Monthly page views and unique visitors per month reached 174,000 and 34,000 respectively at the end of September. As of today, monthly page views have reached 257,451 and total aggregate page views from January to October 20th have reached 1,039,154. By December 2009 the site projects averaging 100,000 unique visitors per month and 500,000 monthly page views.
