Accruent Named a Leader in Gartner 2013 Magic Quadrant

Report Highlights Optimized Business Value of Accruent's Purpose-Built Industry Suites

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Jul 10, 2013) - Accruent today announced that it has again been named a Leader in Gartner Inc.'s 2013 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS). Accruent has been included in every IWMS Magic Quadrant since Gartner initiated publication in 2004.

Gartner Analyst Rob Schafer headlines the latest report by stating, "The integrated workplace management system market continues to rapidly evolve and consolidate. Real estate and facilities executives who deliver the significant ROI of integrated management of the full facilities life cycle will gain positive C-suite and even board-level attention."

In awarding Accruent its Leader designation, Gartner noted that Accruent has distanced itself from other vendors by recognizing the specialized business needs of different industries. According to Gartner, "Its [Accruent's] relatively unique strategy among IWMS vendors focuses on serving specific vertical markets, with distinct, purpose-built IWMS product suites targeted at specific industries: corporate, retail, higher education and wireless," adding that this approach, "can reduce implementation costs and optimize business value."

Gartner also noted Accruent's strong business performance. "Accruent has become a solidly profitable, high-growth company," and that, "a significant majority of the vendor's [Accruent's] revenue is derived from multitenant software as a service (SaaS)."
